FAQ

Q:  What does coaching consist of?
Coaching consists of phone or in person conversations about your topic, a program of specific practices designed around your desired outcomes, and emails that keep us in touch throughout the process.  Positive outcomes can occur in a single call (30-50 minutes) and over multiple day programs.

Q:  Can you tell me more about coaching?

  • Coaching can allow you to feel/see/experience progress on a topic that’s important to you.
  • Talking to someone outside of your everyday sphere can enhance your progress.
  • Success depends on how well ideas actually work in our lives. That’s why coaching is more than talk.
  • Coaching involves action – you and your coach will decide on an action plan to enact over a specific period of time.
  • Coaching conversations are confidential, professional, and supportive.
  • My clients and I don’t focus on unraveling the past but on what works now.  I love this practical and forward focus.
  • As a coach, I help people discover more of what “works” for them in relation to the topics that they care about today.
  • Coaching is a very exciting and dynamic filed.  I am constantly reading, studying, and implementing practices in my own life.
  • Challenges encourage us toward something more.  It’s all about how we respond – in thought and action.  Life is a process that constantly provides stimulation from which we can reach new levels of satisfaction.
  • There are many types of coaching and coaches out there.  Find someone that you enjoy talking to and know if it works by the results in your life.
